Lucase Arts and it's sibling Maniac Mansion are dead.

So it looks like Disney has shut down Lucas Arts and it's sibling company Maniac Mansion. That's sucks, because I did like the star wars titles that came from them. Mostly Rebel Assault.
(I've never played Monkeys Island)

But from what I understand is they are going to outsource those games to other companies, so it doesn't seem a total lose, but there was something about people not have any hope for that happen.

So if you had your heart set on that as a game maker, i'm sorry. but your dream to work with Lucas Art's is gone.

It's really sad and makes me a bit mad that such a big company like Disney couldn't figure out what to do with them so they just cut em loose.
