After the statues I think I'm gonna call this done. I've kinda put them off cause I'm lost on inspiration, but I know once I get one going the rest will fall into place.

Wow this is really amazing! Did you use zbrush for the head model?

Yes, I modeled the sillouhette in Maya using curves, then converted to polygons and imported into Zbrush. Its a shame I can't turn it in as a high poly. Whenever I try to transfer the high res normal map to a low res mesh it just looks like crap.

I try turning down the bump depth, but it just looks like a lighter version of the same mess:

Fun sketches done for some people on Gaia. 8 years later and I still love that place.

Hey Gaia is awesome. I love that place too. They are one of the few online communities that do their stuff right.

I'm a bit dismayed with some of their recent business decisions, but I still have a lot of friends there that I will always go back for.
